• How long will my order take?
    • We will process your order as soon as payment has been received. Local orders (within South Africa) are sent with a door-to-door courier service, within 4-5 working days. 
  • Do you ship internationally?
    • We offer delivery worldwide. Please visit our international website, if you are based outside of South Africa.
  • Does the watch come with a battery?
    • Yes, your watch comes with an estimated 2-3 year changeable battery. Please see steps to starting your watch movement below: Remove white plastic situated behind the black button at 3 ‘o clock. Set the time and push the black button in fully. Your watch should now be ticking and keeping you on time. The plastic film on the glass face can be removed.
  • How do I change the watch battery?
    • A qualified jeweler should be used when changing your battery.
  • Does the watch come with a guarantee?
    • Yes, your watch comes with a one-year product guarantee. We will require your dated guarantee card or proof of purchase, to process any guarantee requests. Please see further details under the Product Info page on our website.
  • How do I submit a defective product?
    • Please email us at info@bamboorevolution.world and include a copy of your guarantee or a proof of purchase, as well as a description of the defective product and an image if defect is visible.
  • How do I change or cancel my order?
    • Please contact us as soon as possible, in order for us to change or cancel your order before it is sent. You can email us at info@bamboorevolution.world or submit a contact form via our website.
  • What is the return policy?
    • You have the right to return any/all products you have purchased directly from our website within 30 days of receiving the item. 

      The product(s) must be unused – in its original packaging - and still in the same new condition, as when the watch was received.

      Products purchased directly from our website must be returned to our warehouse for a return and full refund to be made; product(s) cannot be returned in a local retail store.

      Kindly note that you may be subject to the shipping expenses in returning this package to us.

      Bamboo Revolution does not take responsibility for any items damaged or lost during the return shipping.

  • Was my order successful?
    • If money has been captured from your account, your order has reached us and will be processed. Your order confirmation email will be sent to the email address that you used when placing your order.
  • How do I place an order?
    • To place your order, select the item/s that you wish to purchase and add it to your shopping cart. Then, proceed to checkout, where you will be required to fill in your personal information, including a physical address and contact number for delivery. Be sure to complete all of the steps in the checkout and payment procedure, to ensure that we are able to capture and ship your order as soon as possible.

  • How can I get my watch repaired?
    • We strongly recommend using a professional jeweler, for any watch repairs. If your watch is still within its one-year guarantee and your fault is covered by our guarantee, email us at info@bamboorevolution.world for further assistance.
  • Can I change my watch strap myself?
    • You can change your watch strap yourself, using a spring bar tool. Remember that the watch casing is made from bamboo; therefore, extra care should be taken when changing your strap. A new watch strap can be purchased via the ‘Shop Collection’ page on our website.
